Susquehanna Squadron 135 was chartered on July 1, 1938. Our Squadron had 15 Charter
members. Presently, we have over 270 members and are the largest Squadron in the North Eastern Shore District of the
Detachment of Maryland.
There are thousands of organizations, each with a specific purpose or goal. There are so many reasons
why one should consider becoming part of an organization he or she believes in. By building an effective website, we hope
to get the Sons of The American Legion message out to a larger audience of people interested in similar issues.
Over the past year, Susquehanna Squadron 135 made donations to many organizations
including: Perry Point VA Medical Center, American Legion Child Welfare, Children's Miracle Network, the Casey Cares Foundation,
the American Legion National Emergency Fund, Cecil County Special Olympics, American Legacy Scholarship Fund, Perryville
Volunteer Fire Co., Perryville Little League and other worthwhile organizations.
With your help, this year can be even bigger and better.
